Having grown up the Louisville area, we’ve always loved the classic architecture that exists throughout the city. From the more common neighborhoods like Old Louisville and The Highlands to all of the others in-between, there are hidden gems throughout the city that just need the right set of eyes to notice the potential.

While most property investors say not to fall in love with a property because you aren’t going to keep it/live in it, we like to imagine that we are.
